alden's ice cream

 I found Alden's ice cream at Whole Foods.  It is beyond delicious.  The mint chip is my favorite.  I like my chip ice cream with shaved semi-sweet chocolate as opposed to chips or chunks of chocolate.  Like Baskin Robbins chocolate chip and mint chocolate chip, Alden's is shaved and very creamy, hence richer than rich,  all natural and organic.  Baskin Robbins used to be my ultimate favorite but I think they changed the recipe somewhere along the commercial way.  I have emailed Alden to say please make a vanillla chocolate chip.  As of right now there is only chocolate chocolate chip and the mint chip....just as well.  The last thing I need right now is loads of ice cream with swim suit weather upon us!

daylesford organic

Cathrin is my friend that sadly for me, is moving back to the UK.  I adore her and her two toe headed boys.  She has been wonderful giving me loads of advice on what to do and see on our upcoming trip to England.  This is one of the spots she suggested for something yummy.  Looks fantastic!  Check out Daylesford Organic here.
