I can hardly wait for home grown tomatoes to ripen. Summer BLTs are my absolute favorite.I like a crusty country bread toasted with hellman's mayo, crispy green or red leaf lettuce, warm thick bacon right from the pan and a just picked plump red tomato that's still warm from the sun. YUM.
