I have made this cocktail a few times

this cold February.

I must say, it's delish.

It will be even more wonderful in

the middle of the summer.

Refreshing and the prettiest shade of magenta

with a splash of lemon yellow.

I want to dive right in...literally!

  In a shaker loaded with ice add:

{tricky to say as I just pour til it feels right}

Approx

1/2 cup of vodka

1/4 cup ST GERMAIN elderflower liquor

!/2 cup beet, apple, carrot, lemon ginger blueprint raw juice

{found at whole foods}

splash of bubbly water

fresh lemon peels

{I love a few floating around}

shake it up

pour into a big glass ice and all.

sip and enjoy!

West Elm for Piper's room.  

I was happy to find this video

of how the heads are made in Haiti.

Awesome.
They come small + large in silver + newsprint.
